The Member Bonus card is provided free of charge, is not a credit card, and can only be used for point accumulation towards acquiring gifts and vouchers as determined solely by DIMITRIOS THANOPOULOS S.A.

By filling out the membership application in physical stores or by filling in your personal details online, you consent to DIMITRIOS THANOPOULOS S.A. collecting, maintaining and processing the provided information. Should you prefer, you are welcome to request, in writing, either information about your personal data held by DIMITRIOS THANOPOULOS S.A., its modification, or its deletion along with opting out of the Bonus card program, with no additional responsibility or liability on the part of DIMITRIOS THANOPOULOS S.A.

 Points are earned by making purchases at our stores, with 1 euro spent equaling 1 point, upon presentation of your card before items pass through the checkout scanner. For online purchases, your card is automatically linked to your account upon login.

In case of loss of a card issued at our physical stores, we will proceed to its replacement and make every possible effort to transfer the points to your new card. In case of loss of the card number received from our online store, you can find it in your account under the "Bonus Card" category.

 

In case you have forgotten your card at home and wish to proceed with a purchase at our physical stores, simply provide at checkout your Bonus card number or the phone number registered in your Bonus Card application. In this way, you will not lose the points you are entitled to with your purchase.

Gift or voucher redemption is only possible upon accumulating the required points, with presentation of the Bonus card and the cardholder's ID. Gifts are available until the stock is depleted. Gift returns are possible within 15 days of their receipt if they are unused and in sealed packaging. Vouchers are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for items of equivalent value at DIMITRIOS THANOPOULOS S.A. stores.

Each time you return previously purchased items, the points equivalent to the value of the returned products will be deducted from your card.

 

Failure to use the Bonus card for more than 12 months may result in its cancellation by DIMITRIOS THANOPOULOS S.A.

The benefits of the Bonus card do not extend to purchases made with wholesale invoices containing special pricing or total discounts.

 

The above general terms of use may change or the Bonus card program may be terminated. In case of card misuse or criminal activity associated with the cardholder, DIMITRIOS THANOPOULOS S.A. reserves the right to unilaterally delete the member from the program without requiring their consent.
