Cooking Creations with Aggelakis Chicken and Chef Alexandros Papandreou at Super Market Thanopoulos

Saturday, September 14th, was a culinary day dedicated to one of the most beloved ingredients in Greek kitchens Aggelakis Chicken at Thanopoulos Super Market in Nea Kifisia.

From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., chef Alexandros Papandreou prepared a variety of creative chicken recipes for frying pan, pot, oven and air fryer, showcasing not only the versatility and convenience of the product but also the many alternative ways it can be prepared. Attendees enjoyed flavorful dishes such as fried chicken thigh fillet «Elaiopoulaki», crispy breaded chicken nuggets, juicy chicken patties with oats and many more delicious recipes. They also learned how to make the tastiest broth using chicken «Choriko», available at the supermarket’s meat counter. Throughout the event, the chef offered practical cooking tips and ideas for making the most of chicken creatively at home any time of the day.
