Code of Conduct for Employees & Suppliers

This Code of Conduct reflects the values, corporate culture and ethical principles of Thanopoulos S.A. It is intended to establish a comprehensive framework of fairness, respect, responsibility and transparency, applicable to all employees, partners and suppliers of the company.

1. Honest and Ethical Conduct
- All employees and suppliers are expected to act with honesty, responsibility and professionalism, fostering trust and transparency in all business transactions.
-Distorting of data,  acting in self-interest and engaging in fraudulent or misleading practices are strictly prohibited.

2. Respect & Equality
- The company has a long-standing commitment to protecting the rights of all individuals it interacts with, regardless of gender, age, nationality, physical impairment, religion or sexual orientation, ensuring equal and fair treatment for all.

3. Health & Safety
- All health and safety measures in the workplace are strictly followed.
- Partners and suppliers are required to comply with the same high standards and safety protocols.

4. Data Privacy Protection
- All information concerning customers, employees or partners is handled with utmost confidentiality and fully complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

5. Compliance with Laws & Policies
- All employees and partners are required to comply with applicable laws and internal policies of the company.
